Beautiful tribute, Josh! So many presidents are concerned with what their “legacy” will look like once they leave office. Sounds like President Carter was much more concerned with genuinely helping others, and making a real difference in people’s lives than in projecting some false image of himself. Sounds to me like “a man after God’s own heart.” God bless his family and friends, I am sure he will be missed.
